1618 XL/C - 4x2 Tipper

The 1618XL/C tipper from Ashok Leyland provides comfortable and smooth operations in Road construction, and surface transportation of blue metal and sand. Powered by H-series BS4 engine with iEGR, the tipper offers better drivability and fuel efficiency. The 1618/C tipper is built to handle heavy payloads at low maintenance and operating expenses thereby ensuring higher return on investments.

The 1618XL/C tipper–with a 6-speed gearbox, new generation air-brakes with ABS and ASA and a spaciousCargo cabin, well ventilated and with adjustable seats –enhances the ease of driving and provides low maintenance and repairs. The vehicle also features semi-elliptic, multi-leaf suspension for smooth rides.

The indigenous innovative technology not only meets BS-IV emission norms but also ensures reliability. Combining the best of Common Rail System (CSR) and EGR, it uses improved in-cylinder combustion management for reduced injection pressure leading to better engine life and fuel efficiency without compromising the payload carrying capacity.
