The CT 3118 HD (8x4) Tipper is an addition to the current CT 3118 6S NRS version. Enhanced and updated, this Tipper is apt to traverse all kinds of Indian terrain and is suited for demanding applications including the likes of blue metal quarry, coal, earth and river sand. Made possible with the bogie suspension, its H Series 6 cylinder engine helps power this Tipper to the top of its league.

Using the iEGR technology, the CT 3118 HD (8x4) Tipper is suited for all Indian conditions. The heavy duty and trusted aggregates enable improved productivity. This makes it ideal for tough operating conditions such as in quarry and shallow mins. The key features that ensure maximised return on investment is its H series 6 cylinder engine, the 9S speed synchromesh gearbox and the bogie suspension with a new G45 cabin.

With a 11" frame, this is BGS model comes with multiple options including cowl chassis, cab chassis or the fully build tipper. The frame has a bolted construction over the constant chassis. The axles promise better grade-ability and TAT. It also has coupling shafts Drive Shaft with serrated flanges, The integral power steering are a delight for the driver of this Tipper.

The improved heavy duty clutch with hydraulic actuation ensure longer life.The plastic fuel tank has a capacity of 300 litres – Dust and rust free fuel.Safety to all ensured by increased braking area, with S-Cam brakes and spring actuated pneumatic brakes in the rear.

It is fully built with box body variants. The CT 3118 HD (8x4) Tipper has a synchromesh gearbox to assure driving without fatigue.
